I really don't think this is anything crazy or out of the ordinary, we were all that age, or are that age. Being exposed to weed is gonna happen sooner or later the question is, do you care if someone your kid may "look up to" smokes it? I have no kids so I can't speak from experience, but in the first place I'd tell my kid to watch better shows.   
 
Daughter: "I want to watch Hannah Montana" 
Me: "NO, let's watch Madmen" 
 
Obviously I'm joking, people, let's not have the television teach our kids values.

Ignorant, talentless child star does drugs at 10.  Either she's really dumb for letting people film her do this, or she desperately wants the attention.  If I were a psychologist who knew nothing about psychology, I might say that she's desperately seeking discipline, since she obviously got none at home.

It sends the wrong message to her fans, than they do drugs on camera, want to get a job interview later and realize there is a video online of them smoking crack and making out with 5 strangers.  "

Fair enough she's young and going to experiment. And I don't have kids. But if I did, I don't know what I'd be more concerned about. The fact she's experimenting with drugs, or the fact she's dumb enough to get caught on camera whilst doing it.

I kids are gonna grow up to do the same thing she did there's something wrong with the kids to being with.  Well ok, something wrong wtih the way parents raised their kids. Who honestly raises their kid like "hey, I'm not gonna waste my time on you, kid so.. Just do what your idol does, ok pumpkin?"  Kids have a brain too or well they do if they grew up with a "normal" family "

So what. Most people smoke some weed in their teen years. I did and nearly everyone I know has done. Some keep doing it into their 20s and 30s and never go anywhere some don't and smoke it a few times a year a parties or whatever. It's just like how most 15 year old kids get a hold of some beers and get pissed up and have a fun time.
