Holy crap I don't even know what I did. I'm using this program called SharePod to organize my music since iTunes is terrible. A few minutes ago I was deleting a bunch of songs that I no longer listen to and when I checked my iPod............o_O. All of the songs I deleted are gone, but everything is jumbled up into the wrong letter categories. For example, Queens Of The Stone Age is located under the S category instead of the Q category, Kyuss is located under M instead of K, and so on. It's just a mess. How do I fix this!?!
My iPod Touch is effed up
Try re-sycning in iTunes. I had a similar problem with mine when I jailbroke it, but if that doesn't work you can always reboot it to factory settings. It just takes a while.

"I can't do that because I have songs on my iPod that aren't in my iTunes, so if I synch with iTunes I will lose those songs.
Alright, I resynched and it's no longer jumbled. Now, how do I transfer all of the songs on my iPod to my iTunes library? My library is missing songs from my iPod but I can't figure out how to bring them over.
Okay so I was looking through my music for any messups and found that iTunes deleted one of my Offspring albums. Steve Jobs can go die in a hole.
Zune man...zune, you can back up your zune and its songs, reverse transfer, and make it so zune when it syncs up doesn't delete songs.
Was it Splinter? Because, like, maybe it was doing you a favor by pruning your collection and only leaving your Offspring albums that aren't terrible.
No but really, I find the Zune HD to be a much better product for actually handling/playing music. I used to have a lot of weird syncing problems with ephPod (I also hate iTunes) as well as a lot of hardware failures. I switched from iPod back when the first Zune came out and have never regretted it.
