Crystal castles are entirely different to Animal Collective, they have a much grittier/bit-tuney vibe. Animal Collective are just trippy.

I saw these guys live at Sasquatch.
There was videos to go along with their music.
All the videos accompanying the music were varying degrees of weirdness.

A fan went into the front pit area wearing a clone tropper helmet from Star Wars.

At that point I scratched my head....
...And plugged my ears, they were loud as fuck and I was way too close.

Animal Collective is one of my very favorite artists. I love their music. I gotta say though, all that crazy happening in the 'Summertime Clothes' video just takes away from the actual song. and since none of it makes a damn bit of sense, I don't think its a very effective video for the music. My Girls is a hell of a song though.
