If you ask people to do crazy things for a lot of money, most people will go pretty far. I ask questions like that from time to time to friends.
I found one that most people just won't do. It's surprising to me.
So I ask you... How far would you go without ever cleaning your teeth for $100k??? A month? Three months?
Granted, I have a hunch this forum will be okay with it. I'm just shocked at how many people seriously would not put up with nasty mouth conditions.
One thing most people won't do for a lot of money.
As long as everyone knew (i.e. I had an excuse for why my mouth was in such a state) I reckon I could maybe top 6 months.
If gum/mints and regular swishishings of water were allowed then I would probably be able to go 3 months for 100k

I don't think anyone would... but a friend managed to hook up that hockey powder or whatever they called it. It's actually more commonly known as Turkish Pepper if anyone's curious. The one that elicited the most yelling and pain from the crew.
Can't wait to try that shit next week.
Actually, Hockey Powder and Turkish Pepper are two very different things. Hockey powder comes in a puck like the guys described in the bombcast if I remember correctly," @tomte said:

and Turkish Pepper is actually just really really heavy salted hard liquorice candy.

Either way, Turkish Pepper has that salmiak stuff that's quite nasty. Actually if you bust open the licorice hard-candy of the turkish pepper, there's powder in there that looks exactly the same as Hockey Powder. Pretty sure it's the same stuff, the ammonium chloride or whatever.
Well I'll go get legit hockey powder when i'm in scandinavia this summer. Though I can't imagine I'd like it at all.

no, it's different. the turkish pepper is more like salmiak/liquorice, while the hockey powder is more like sugar

Well we had described it to my friend's norwegian mother, and this is what we got.
But actually I was listening to some old podcasts today, and before the visit of those crazy-ass swedes, GRIN did give them a bunch of Turkish Pepper, which could also could have lead to the confusion for me. But Ryan's reaction was priceless, yelling that it tasted like genocide, tastes like swedish hate crime, and that his mouth tasted like fire. Pretty funny stuff.
