Pac or Biggie?
It was a very tough one.
I prefer Biggie's tracks, but 2pac really got me into the hip hop scene, and he is a lot more inspiring.

Pac definitely had it over biggie when it came to lyrical content and diversity. He was a bit of a schizophrenic when it came to what he was rapping about. One minute he'd be promoting drug free communities and respect for his mom and other women and other times he'd be bigging his ganster origins and associations. Regardless, it did keep him interesting and a very engaging entertainer.
Biggie had Pac beat with his wordplay though. For the time, the rhymes and flow he had definitely kept you on your toes whenever a new song by him came out. His energy behind the mic was incredible. He had a laid back delivery but still delivered each line with the necessary oomph to give it its full impact. Juicy only scratches the surface of what this man was capable of. I'd have to go with Biggie on this one. Of course I'm a Brooklyn native so my opinion is skewed :P
Then you obviously haven't heard today's rap. Almost all the new rap music I hear is untalented, with crappy beats. Basically, they swear, talk about sex, and act like they are gangster, when they really aren't. Oh, and the beats usually don't match the lyrics." 90's rap has the lamest beats and hooks "
I haven't any of Biggie's tunes. The only way I know he is a rapper is because my teacher was talking about him a little, because one of my friend's nickname is Biggie. But Pac has some pretty solid tunes, which I enjoy. So I'll choose Pac.
EDIT: Scratch that. I forgot that Biggie is also known as The Notorious B.I.G., which I have heard some of his tunes. They aren't all too bad, but I'll still go with 2Pac.
