When "Cool story, bro" was getting old "Riveting tale, chap" came along. I feel like we're back treading now, let's keep moving forward, but keep the art.
I always thought it was dumb to begin with, as people would use it as a response to any forum post, not just long and aimless ones, as it was intended. Just ended up being a shortcut to trolling for the truly lazy.
I try and use this one in as many everyday situations as possible, be that at work, in the shower, ordering food from a public takeaway eatery, or paying for my ticket at the cinematic showing of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
I like it when it's effective, but unexpected. When someone just throws it onto any ol' topic, it's aggravating but when it's well used it can be good for at least a hearty chuckle.
Also, most of these pics are pretty great, and I do like OP's. You might say I'm...down with OP's P.
