Absolutely nothing. Upon the time that I started working and had a job being able to buy things for myself eliminated pretty much all fascination with Christmas. I'll still be thankful if someone hands me a gift but really. I honestly don't care if I get a thing.
What do you want for Christmas?
My family is poor so I don't get to really ask for anything that I actually want. Anything I would want is too expensive for anyone to buy me so I just ask people to give me money instead. That way if each person gives me $10-$20 it usually adds up to a couple hundred that I can then put towards buying something I actually need or want.
It was hard for awhile because they are the type that hate to give money, but after sitting them down and explaining to them that I would rather them just give me the money then spend it on some random junk I will never use or only get to use for a day then throw away I would rather be able to put it towards getting something I can really use. That way I would appreciate the gift of money much more then anything they could give individually.
That said, actual things I need are:
- A new Bed.
- A new desk for my PC. The one I got is way too big and takes up too much space in my tiny room.
- A new TV stand/storage space for my TV, consoles and console games.
- Glasses.
- Money for a ton of dental work I'm going to need.
Honestly those are the only things I need in my life right now. Outside of a new vehicle and paying off my student loan.

Nothing, I buy everything I want for myself already. That and I'm not Christian and thus don't celebrate Christmas.
Being Christian has not had any thing to do with Christmas for a very long time. At least in my neck of the woods. It's just a holiday where you get together and buy gifts for family and people you care about to help them out with stuff they are not normally able to get.
Enough money to get my mom something nice. Gotten to the age where I do not really care about gifts any more. I wanna see my mom happy.
A fuck to give, I guess.
As in, I don't know and I don't really care.
I'm just there for the good food and having fun with the family and buying gifts for the kids there and the others.
Like a lot of people here, I have a job, extra cash, and most of the things that I have any want for, so... nothing. Nothing has crossed my mind that I would want so much as to ask somebody to spend hundreds of dollars on me. It's honestly a really weird feeling, I always wondered as a kid what post-childhood Christmases would be like and now that I'm old enough to know, I find that all I really want is to get to the end of this semester and sit down to play a whole lot of vidja games. And the Steam sale. I want the Steam sale to get here. I've got spending money set aside for it. Can't bloody wait.

Eh, I don't really care for what Christmas has become, it was a Christian festival, and it still is in most countries. And, again, if my family want something, they buy it themselves too. And I don't really need an excuse to spend time with them either. The only good thing about Christmas is that it's the time of the year I can buy Mince Pies.

.... I can't even ask for anything materialistic now without sounding like a dick. Thanks a lot previous entries.
You're still a dick. You should feel bad now and go cry in a corner.
Wow... since i'm recognized as a dick, I might as well go hard.
I want an iPhone 5 with some really sweet ear phones that are expensive and classy and shit. I would also like cash instead of the annoying gift cards that i'm going to undoubtedly receive. And finally I want a goddamn car with one of those big ass ribbons that you see in dem December to Remember Lexus commercials. It doesn't have to be a Lexus or anything new or nice, but a big red ribbon is essential.
Stick that in your corner and eat a brick.
Go hard or go home.
Gotta get a car dock for my phone, and I need some new khakis but have been too lazy to go out and buy them myself. Might ask for windows 8, but only as a special treat.
Just the essentials.

A dead Chickenhead. I don't know what he's been up to, and I don't trust that.
I hope you're referring to a video game of some sort, because otherwise I'm not sure you should be saying something like that in a public venue.
I already got my gift, I got tickets to see Between the Buried and Me and Coheed and Cambria at Radio City Music Hall in March.
My family's (mostly) not Christian, so we don't celebrate Christmas either, but I know if my friends were happy and healthy for the rest of their lives, I wouldn't really need anything for myself. I used to ask for a bunch of things (mostly big LEGO sets) as a kid, but I realized a lot of people didn't have as much as I did, and I got really angry at myself for being selfish. So I don't really ask for anything for my birthday or Chanukkah, I'm only concerned with what my family wants now. My brother is thankfully easy to shop for, any flagship title for the Wii or 3DS and he'll generally be happy. My dad and sister are hard to shop for because they're relatively picky, but they don't always tell people what they want, and then get mad if someone picks something they don't like. My mom isn't as picky, but she also never tells people what she wants, and I can't say I can really whittle down specifics of what she'd definitely like that isn't already similar to something she's already had. I've also passed over things I had a feeling she definitely wouldn't like or be into, and then it turns out she mentions she would have loved it.
The only things I might get eventually are a Netflix family account, in case anyone wants to watch something (and because a few people keep harping on me about "how come you haven't watched [x], it's on Netflix Instant, you have no excuse"), and in a couple of years I know I'll have to upgrade my laptop, unfortunately, because the company's going to stop supporting security updates for it. I hate buying new computers and phones unless something flat-out dies, but companies are forcing you to update more and more frequently these days.
Nothing really. I mean, there's things I want but I don't need them. I told my mom I didn't want anything and she said she got me 4 presents. Actually, I want a Santa Claus CoD game for PS3 with Rudolph dropping bombs as a killstreak.
@_Zombie_: @Trainer_Red: But he's Deadpool. He's supposed to be a dick.
so everyone is saying things like "but others have so little i've gotta deprive myself of stuff to make them feel better." if you really wanna make them feel better go get them something.
I really haven't given it much thought this year. However, the only thing I can see that is feasible to ask for is a Wii U. Everything else I *want* seems to be $1,000+. I'll probably ask for some clothing items, though. Been wanting some shirts for a while.
A new PC. I am probably going to go and punch some 250 pound man in the face for one on black Friday, but if that does not work out I hope to get one for Christmas.
A stereo for my car so I can bump NWA while I drive around so I can look even whiter than I already am. I have an FM thingy, but it really sucks.
I plan on giving way more this year. Last year I was unemployed and short on money during school so I had to kinda cheap out on gifts. This year I have more than enough money to pay off all my expenses for the next 6 months including tuition and textbooks so I will be spending a lot more.
