What is the very first video game you remember playing?

I remember super Mario bros 3 distinctly, but my earliest gaming memory I distinctly remember is Tarzan for the ps1.

My first clearest memory of a game I played when I was young was the Star Wars arcade game where you play as an X-Wing trying to destroy the Deathstar. 
I have played games before BUT those are not as much concrete in my head. And Super Mario Bros. and Cobra Triangle were the first NES games I ever played a couple of years later. Super Mario Bros. and NES as a whole were the catalyst for my great videogame interest. That became the point of no return. From that point I actively searched out games and information about hem.

Aladdin for the Genesis. I will forever remember ABBAABBA.

First game that pops to mind is Dragonfire on the 2600

It was Donkey Kong Country.  First ever video game I ever played (when I didn't even know what a video game was...not sure why I got an SNES for Christmas that year)

A game for the Vic-20 where you flew a helicopter around.  All the graphics were the Vic's alternate characters you could get by clicking alt (or ctrl or something else) plus a letter.  The C-64 had those too, I think.

Hmm..the past is a bit fuzzy, but I remember Beach Head and Zaxxon on the Vic 20, plus some maze game. Also some games on the 2600, but I really can't remember their names.

Hmm..first game that I can remember playing was Super Mario Land for the Game Boy when I was 4. 

The first game I ever remember playing was Kung Fu for the NES.

Doom. It was the first game I ever played.
 
On a console the first game that I ever played was Tekken 2. I was late to that party....

Probably either Missile Command or Asteroids.    

Some racing game that I bought when I was like 7. It was really fun at the time.

I'm not super positive what the FIRST game I ever played was, but I definitely remember playing like, Hoops, with my brother really early on. He and I also spent a ton of time of the NES Ninja Turtle games. Those were the days! He and I always went to Blockbuster to rent games and then we would play those games until we were pros. And then we had to give them back :'(
 
First game I ever played super obsessively was Pokemon Red. It was my very first game related purchase, I saved up all of my money to buy a Gameboy Pocket (clear, because that was omg awesome) and then proceeded to play Pokemon Red for like 150 hours. lol. My parents had to take it away from me when I needed to go to school, eat, or sleep.

sonic on the saga master system. where you shut the little hatch you put the game in and just turn it on with no game inside and yeah... totally sonic.

Snake and this

SMB/Duck Hunt/Track & Field combo cart on NES. Not sure which game was first. Probably either Duck Hunt or Track & Field since I couldn't handle a controller yet.

First I remember is probably Super Mario Bros.

Super Mario Bros, NES.  
Either that, or maybe Pac Man in the arcade.
