edit: the despair inc. ones are actually based of the real ones, often having similar images. our theatre department replaced one in our school with the despair equivalent once. it was nearly the same image only with a guy sitting in bleachers rather than running up them. it took about a week for anyone to notice xD

I don't know what the meme is called (or if it has a name) but it is basically making fun of the motivational posters that have some random picture and then an equally random, "inspiring" word and phrase underneath. They were originally designed for cubicles to keep worker drones motivated, only to serve as a mocking reminder of how manufactured their life had become. Those same worker drones in their real lives starting posting parodies on the internets thanks to Photoshop, and then it went crazy from there.

I can't think of any particular site that has a whole bunch of them (though there was the link above;) they'll come up pretty frequently is most image boards though.
