Currently I'm using Firefox 3 but for some reason it doesn't work well with GiantBomb. I tried out Safari (for Windows) and it seems to be working fine but I never liked Safari much the last time I used it so I'm not likely to keep using it in the future. How about you guys? What do you use to surf the web?

I use FF3, but for some time now, thinking of switching back to IE7, I find FF is still a system hog.

Still loving using firefox because of its mod friendly nature. Although I do feel firefox has a lost a bit of its potential over time.

I'm using Firefox 3 as well but I have no problems with GB.  I'm forced to use IE 6 at work and I basically can't do a damn thing on GB with it.  I can read things but I can't comment or post and I can't even try to look up a game or do edits.  It really sucks since the majority of my internet time is spent while I'm at work because when I'm at home I'd rather be playing games or watching movies.

Because IE is slower and has more security flaws.

Firefox, I don't think I needed to say that...

Any Opera out there?

#25 Posted by audecide (10 posts) -

Firefox 3 -- but I have to use the IE tab extension if I want to do anything that requires uploading an image to the site.  ONCE the browse images button as popped up in Firefox, then it ran away and it has yet to be seen again...

I am growing more fond of FF the more I use it.

Firefox is the best overall, but I also use trusty old Internet Explorer when the time calls for it.

I haven't tried Opera yet. Maybe I'll give it a whirl someday. For now, FF and IE will do just fine.

Just added Adblock Plus.  Makes me sad seeing some pages so barren and lonely.  =P

Safari is faster but firefox has lots of sweet add ons.

it's your choice, you can't go wrong.
#42 Posted by elliooo (293 posts) -

Using Firefox 3 at the moment, although IE7 is much improved from the other versions, so its no longer a clear-cut - "it's suicide to use anything but Firefox".
