Just curious if any of you guys like pinball? I'm a big pinball fan and recently got two machines, I've been wanting to get one for a number of years.
What are some of your favorite pinball machines?
Here's the two I have, I was lucky to get pretty good deals on both of them. Has anyone played either of these two?
The Tom Cat machine was really dirty when I picked it, I spent a good 10 hours cleaning it (this one was made in 1987), here's a pic below. It's odd, these these pinball machines are the only things I've enjoyed cleaning, lol.
Who here likes pinball?
Not to bump an older thread, but I didn't feel creating a new thread was justified. I was listening to last week's podcast (still catching up) and I loved the pinball talk. I remember playing the Star Trek TNG table and (Ithink) the Adams Family table amongst others back when I lived in the UK. Arcades are obviously not as popular anymore, and to be honest here in Podunk, USA the only places that have machines are weird little outlets in Malls--even then, no pinball tables.
I guess I just want to find out more about pinball in general and where you are most likely to encounter tables.
Also, did anyone catch A Life Well Wasted's episode on the pinball museum? That was interesting.
I think the last time I played a pinball machine was more then 5 years ago. I want to play too, I just have no idea where the hell a pinball machine would even be.
