I have been playing the harmonica for 6 years, though I taught myself and can't read sheet music so I don't know how much I actually know.

Piano, Clarinet, Guitar, Bass, and I fool around with drums sometimes

Keys, drums, percussion, bass, throat.

Not a master, even amateur of any being self-taught but I sure make some interesting, refreshing original sounds, people who should know always tell me. Most recent purchase was an MPC 1000 and I'm very happy about that, next purchase will be either a 303-clone for some organic basslines or a Nord Lead.

My idea of a music game is Synthesia for the PC. Got a monitor over my Kurzweil PC1X for the sake of it. Good practice and learning-tool.

Other than the typical grade 6-7 mandatory band instruments such as Bass, Brass, and Woodwinds that all of us were forced to play for 2 years and forget, I own just about every instrument I can think of, and can play like one song on each of them, badly.
Currently I'm working on the banjo I impulse bought while browsing a store. I'm picking it up pretty quickly and will probably be starting a blue grass band any year now.

I used to play the piano , but for the past 5 years I just haven't had much time.  I'm trying to get back in it now, though.

Electric guitar.

Piano, and Alto/Baritone Saxophone.

I rock a mean tuba.

Violin, piano and electric bass in order of proficiency. 

I drum and sing in a rock band, I played trombone in school band, and I can play a little bit of piano and guitar.

I play the Tuba, the most real instrument.

Trombone, Trumpet, Tenor Sax, Drums, Euphonium, and some Bass.

I can play the alto saxophone 

Tenor Sax. This Coltrane transcription is killing me but I will get it down, got to 1.25 so far.
  

I play guitar (rather terribly). I also used to know how to play alto sax, but I've totally forgot everything about that.

Drums and bass. Wouldn't mind learning a brass instrument.

Piano. I can play basically any well known classical piece you can think of, and pretty much anything by Chopin. 

I have self taught myself to play some songs on the piano and I can read sheet music so I guess I play an instrument.  :/

Guitar

Viola. I started learning the guitar but forgot it all. I own two acoustics though.  My dad is an incredible blues guitar player so he uses my passing interest as an excuse to add to "our" collection. Guitars generally appreciate in value so he sees it as an investment. :) Hopefully I"ll pick it back up one day.

I'm a drummer. I play a little bit of guitar, and sing occasionally. Vocal cords can be an instrument, right?
