    For the most part, this video game adaptation follows the movie quite faithfully. The soundtrack by Frank Kovitz and Mark Van Hecke is quite good. It also has a decent rendition of the Ghostbusters theme. Unfortunately, this game actually prevented New Ghostbusters 2, a far better game, from being released in North American markets, because it would have caused confusion over this game.The sprites are poorly detailed.
