    Does anyone know how can i read and access lore markers like the one showed on the video in 11:54 min ?

    I have all ciphers and completed side quest "unfinished business" but they still are unavailable. Is it some kind of bug ?

    @divinekataroshie: That's just part of the quest, not a lore marker. It only lights the brazier.
