Well, it loads faster. I installed it, and I never really experienced any freezing, but not much else has changed. I think there was a very, very slight improvement in the framerate, but it hasn't changed much. The HDD installation does make a difference though; in fact, it is probably the best example for it in terms of loading and the like.

Can't really remember. But I believed it only improves the first loading screen, after that it's pretty much the same.

i never had a problem with freezing or bad frame rate and the game runs even better when it comes to loading once i installed it.

Loading is a fraction faster for me, however gameplay remains the same.

Although i agree with you red, he's asking quite a good question. 

I've heard that there is little difference, but I never had any problems with the game without installing it. It would be nice if the pop-in when going into some buildings, such as the weapon stores, was fixed after installing it.
