Hey i'm having some problems getting GTA IV to run well.

it started on the low settings which looked horrible. so i searched the web and found out how to add the commandlines: -norestrictions and -nomemrestrict. i then set it to auto configue to set the settings. now the program stops responding when loading into the game.

any help would be appreciated :)

What are your system specs? I'm not too sure about newer hardware, but GTA IV was one of those games that generally ran like shit, so don't expect too much out of it.

i've got an intel i7 2720QM 2.20 Ghz 6GB of Ram and a Nvidia Geforce GT 555M
