The best Grand Theft Auto game on the ps2 0

Story- Tommy Vercetti served time in jail while his buddies were free outside. Since his release he was sent down to Vice city to do work for Sunny. Things get out of hand and Tommy decides to take over Vice himself. The decade 80`s.Gameplay- From story and random gameplay makes this game brilliant. You can do the story line to unlock weapens and the other island or you can get a gun and start blasting. Improvements from Gta 3 such as graphics, more cars, bikes and planes. The best bit is you ca...

Vice City knows and understands it's greatest assets 0

All three entries in the GTA 3 trilogy are well represented by legions of fans as the best in the series. GTA 3 may have the landmark significance, and San Andreas may have the overwhelming scope, but Vice city contains the undeniable style. In terms of American decades, the 80s has perhaps the strongest sense of pop culture style, and Vice City runs with this. Vice City plays almost exactly like GTA 3. There's the addition of motorcycles and more aircafts among some other tweaks, but for the...

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 0

After 3, some wondered where the series would go from there. Not many expected it to go back in time. 3 was basically contemporary, but you didn't get that much of a feel for the setting or main character. That was probably Vice City's biggest contribution to the series. Instead of a nameless, voiceless criminal, you played Tommy Vercetti, a person with goals and opinions. It was refreshing to play someone who could think for himself and often took matters into his own hands instead of just taki...

Big change on Game experience 0

Not that necessary to mention how big is the impact of GTA series in the games nowadays. But this one specially is in my opinion the first episode that modelled this style of gta that we have today in all the newest versions. The basic aspects are still kept, and would never exist if Vice City didnt exist. Even with the new Generation today I still spend hours playing vice city....

Class of 1984 0

Glockstar Armani presents this game with 2 "GLOCKIE" awards for:*BEST GAME OF 2002**BEST SOUNDTRACK*Maybe I'm just biased because I am absolutely, positively, scarily obsessed with anything & everything to do with the 1980s, but I LOOOOOOOOVED this game like Prince Adam loved Teela (see? 80s!). The choice of setting it in 1980s Miami during the height of the cocaine trade was pitch-perfect for the series. The atmosphere was so uncannily recreated that playing the game literally feels like st...

Excellent! GTA3 but better :D 0

Grand Theft Auto 3 redefined video gaming. There's no doubt about it. It, more like he, stomped through the industry with a puffed up chest, a pissed off attitude and a really big gun. He proved that in a game, you could do absolutely ANYTHING, and not worry about the consequences, because there was always the little green button that said "reset." He was a game that created memories, a game that gave us experiences we talked about with our friends. He was a game that put video games on the map ...

Welcome to the Jungle is still playing in my head. 0

When GTA: Vice City was announced, I couldn't wait. I still have a game magazine featuring it on the cover stored away in mint condition.Out of all the GTA's, this one remains my favorite. It's got style. This is the first game in the series to feature helicopters! As soon as I popped in the disc, it was my mission to fly one. The first one I found was a police copter on top of a building on the second island. What a blast, I had never experience a GTA game like this. While you're up there hoverin...

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 0

Throughout the nine years since the first Grand Theft Auto game hit the shelves, the series has improved upon greatly. Kicking off with the first 2D iteration released back in 1998, many games and expansions were created, each adding more and more gameplay features. Four years after GTA1, the series has become three-dimensional, and totally overhauled the look of the classic. Vice City is the second 3D game - adding many new features, yet still having some flaws, it stands out as a faithful sequ...

Becoming the boss of Vice City 0

Grand theft auto Vice City was a great addition to the GTA series. The graphics were similar to that of GTA lll as well has the storyline. I found this game to be very enjoyable. It featured a lot of side quests like car races to owning your own properties which included a mansion. I would recommend this game to anyone who loves violence and destruction. If you are new to playing any of the GTA titles, this is a great game to get acquainted with the series. The game also keeps track of all your ...

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Review 0

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is the second title in the series to touch base with the PlayStation 2. It's no doubt, following the incredible success of Grand Theft Auto III; Vice City had some big shoes to fill. If taking hard to the streets in a no holds barred, balls to the wall, very unorthodox type of way is your guilty pleasure, Grand Theft Auto still offers just about...all of that. When jumping into Vice City, you notice right away the new style, the new sound, and new everything about the...

Remember the 80’s? 0

Grand theft auto: Vice City has very great 1980’s felt to it. Vice City took the look of popular TV and movies like Scarface and Miami Vice. This GTA is short there are only 21 mean missions in this. Then there are a few side mission, jumps, and hidden packages. This game introduces bike and chopper for the first time. It is hard to find a chopper but easy to fly. There is not much roads in the game. The land is 2 5-mile long islands with 3 small islands in between. The graphs are great but a li...

Good: Amazing sense of style on very aspect of the game, Artistically the game looks amazing, The Soundtrack is one of the best in Gaming, The Story is thrilling and quite comical, all of the characters are very well done, All of the sounds are very good, You feel like your in 80's Miami, Amazing atmosphereBad: Weak gunplay, ugly character models, technically the game doesnt look too goodGTA Vice CIty is a great game.
