It seems like it peeks peoples fancy?

Sorrow's Furnace is definitely going to be the "cool sounding" server that everyone tries to join. It was typically the most full during the beta, from what I've heard.
I'd definitely vote for Yak's Bend, it's the first town you visited after leaving Ascalon and the landscape was so radically different from everything up to that point. How can you not have great memories of it?
Borlis Pass is a close second, it was just before entering Kryta and yeah.. Drok's Run.
First of all, fuck all of you guys - Kurzicks all the way : )
The Kurzick juggernaut was my favourite character design from the original guildwars and their armours were way cooler imo, so I'm a rather strong Kurzick loyalist.
Anyway - my vote goes for Yak's Bend, mainly because it has a striking similarity to one of my nicknames to my friends but also because of what @WinterSnowblind said. Getting out of the dingy ascalonian wastes and into the mountains was the first real moment where it struck me how large the GW1 world was - and man, doesn't that seem quaint now.
Also, there were fucking YAKS there man.
I've got myself down for Saturday and Sunday now. Probably too early for most of you, but I'll likely be off and on through the day. At least until my eyeballs bleed.
I'll probably be on Friday as well for a few hours when it launches, but I'm expecting heavy problems and server crashes and I'll just be messing around with the character creation and getting to grips with the game before wanting to meet up with anyone.
@Tarkhein: Lol - probably the best first post I've seen in a while. Sorry dark, I'm with Tarkhein.
@WinterSnowblind: I'll probably see you on Sunday. Hope you do get on mumble though.
In any case, thanks to everyone for adding to the spreadsheet and also for keeping it clean - it's nice to see when everyone will be on, even if we can make a guild in game.

@selfconfessedcynic: Giant, cannon-mounted turtles invalidate your argument.
That get flipped by the Juggernauts. Your argument has been invalidated.
Juggernauts, though, have never been known to wipe half a party instantly.
I just realized that if the BWE was one week later I would miss the whole thing for my friend's wedding. Bullet dodged. Also, if I know I'll probably be online a fair bit those three days but I don't know when in particular should I just not bother with the roster?
@Subjugation: *shrug* If you've decided on an in-game name then definitely - just dump question marks in for time. It'll help speed up the guild creation and filling process.
Man, I wish we had access to Sylvari in this beta. They look SO AMAZING.

I CAN in fact be online on friday - 5am sat here is noon friday over there, so I'll be on for the first 11 or so hours of the beta : D
AND that leaves 4pm onwards for me to send my friend off for his trip to china + allows me to have sleep on friday night (my time). Life is excellent.
So have we officially decided on Yak's Bend as the server we are playing on? Are we going to get a guild going and stuff too? I can pretty much guarantee you that they will be available for creation on the weekend.
Anyone doing any recording for the weekend? I might get some footage with audio from the Mumble, unless anyone has any objections, much like the BF3 clips. Not sure how well this game will lend itself to sub 15 min clips when I come to uploading it (my account is blocked from longer footage), but hopefully we could get some full guild shots in LA or something epic!
@Chavtheworld: Cool!
Sounds good to me. Also consider joining in on our efforts here.
I just put up my first test and I wouldn't mind some constructive criticism either.
@selfconfessedcynic: Are you guys just gunna be recording out of Mumble? I can join you when I have time to play the game, but I got my exam season coming up soon and should really be spending any time I'm not playing the game doing revision haha.
You first recording seems good! The only thing I would suggest is checking out something like CallGraph to record your Skype call (it grabs everyone else in the chat on one channel, and yourself on another, and you can mix it down to mono after with audacity) so you don't have to worry about separate recordings and keeping it all in time. That's assuming you're just doing audio, otherwise did you use Fraps to get all that video and audio that time?
@D_W: There's a pretty conclusive guide to using the Mumble in the PC gamers thread, in the PC forums on here. Also I think someone linked it in one of the guild threads on this forum (you may have seen it). Hope you get it working and to speak to you in game! Reply to me if you get stuck :)
Oh, and fezzes are cool.
I added myself to the spreadsheet, but for now, i only filled information about today, because i don't know what i'll do tomorrow and on sunday.
Added myself to the roster as well. already on here.
