    i have all the vidmaster achievements where's my recon?

    So i got all the vidmaster challenges done in halo3 and odst. Correct me if im wrong but recon should be mine can anybody  
    enlighten me as to why i havent gotten my recon?

    You have to go online to your Bungie account and click on "Unlock Recon" or something like that.

    you gotta send a letter to Bungie and they will unlock it for you.  Not an e-mail, Bungie doesn't have the internet at there offices so hand write them a letter telling them you unlocked all the achievements, and they will send you a recon armor code back in 4-6 weeks.  (no proof of purchase necessary)
