No, in fact I wouldn't even  call it a burger at all.   If it just has a chicken patty I would consider it a chicken sandwich.    

Unless it has gound meat of some kind it isn't a hamburger. So a turkey burger would have a patty made of ground turkey but a turley sandwich would have normal turkey meat on it.
