You guys don't remember all the sexy female assassins posing in silhouettes in any of the previous Hitman games? Did you even play them?

A bunch of leather-clad hitmen ladies with the word "tease" in the background. I get it!

Looks like multi-player to me. If it's good, cool.

I think someone from Volition hacked the Hitman dev. teams servers.

It's the same Hitman multiplayer we've grown to love, duh! However I don't know how many player ze multiplayer support.

Up to eight players, and it'll feature all of your favourites like Deathmatch, and yes, even Team Deathmatch! We're looking to giving players an experience they'll not soon forget, so we're going to introduce stuff like grenades, a cover system, and the option to take an enemy player hostage and use as a shield. Can't forget to mention the persistent ranking system! As you play, you gain levels and new gear! It'll truly allow players to utilise a number of varying tactics and play how they want to play.

@Benny: I know, it was all in jest. It could always turn out to be surprisingly entertaining like in ME3 or Assassin's Creed; it could also turn out to largely be a waste of time like Dead Space 2 or Binary Domain.

Enough with the god damned multiplayer!

Here is the trailer to the picture. It's kinda cool looking but shows no gameplay and I'm sure it will provoke a lot more of "that's not Hitman anymore" comments.

I don't mind the leather outfits and all, but them all wearing low platform shoes is a huge HUGE turnoff >:(

I can live with a heel, but this is just ridiculous!

@altairre: If that's representative of who will try to kill you in the campaign at times, I think that's awesome. I love somewhat intimidating weird-like enemies, and you just don't see this sort of thing often. I hope it's not just some sort of multiplayer where it's like "Hey, you're these nun chicks and the top player gets to be Agent 47!"

I hate trailers that show so much stuff that you won't be able to do in the game, Agent 47 will never be that good at hand to hand fighting when the player is controlling him. But never say never is what people say, maybe Hitman Absolution will feature some lame quicktime style fighting scenes.

Hot nuns... ew... Battle nuns , not much to say about that trailer but I'm still curious about the game seems really interesting from that demo they show and I can't complain about something before I try it myself so ...

Based off what else we've seen, I really wouldn't put it past them.

First I read:

Hitman Absolution

And then I read:

Action packed thrill-ride!

And then I read:

Preorder bonuses!

And then I sighed and a little part of me died.

Pretty sure this trailer isn't for us, and I doubt it is supposed to represent the actual game much. You'll probably just have a single confrontation with them on one of the levels. Think 17 from Hitman 2 or the rival assassins from Blood Money.

I have to say though, I HATE pre-order exclusives. I had to go to Gamestop for the first time in years for this. Those exclusive weapons better have some other way to unlock.
