    Alex Jefailey hosts a Divekick tournament known as Jefailey Effort Orlando (JEO). He knows it's controversial, but he also competes in the tournaments he runs. Jefailey's not a bad guy, but his ego causes his head to inflate after each victory, which leaves him more and more vulnerable the better he does.
