Created by Merv Griffin in 1964, Jeopardy is a trivia-based gameshow which was later syndicated and hosted from the point of syndication (1984) by Alex Trebek. The popularity of the show has caused it to be ported in various incarnations throughout the years.

Jeopardy! is the first conversion of the TV game show released for the NES. This started a new series of Jeopardy games on gaming consoles.
