    J.T. Hoofburger, or James Elton Hoofburger is a cowboy loving, Elka Doom dating, best friend of Chops Sweetwind camper at Whispering Rocks Summer Camp. While he is dating Elka she continually trys to change him which bothers Chops and puts a damper in their friendship. He later dumps Elka and is one of the few campers who helps in anyway after being recranialized. He and Chops both guard the kids cabin incase of another attack.
