Just Cause 2 is getting down with the pre-order bonuses allowing players who pre-order the game to get exclusive dlc content which includes weapons and the such. I'm not a big fan of pre-order bonuses though I do understand the logic behind it. What do you guys think. Here's the trailer and article.  Link

I think pre-order bonuses are OK, as long as they're not IN the game. Like physical stuff is ok or and extra disc with behind the scenes stuff.. But exclusive content just feels so fake.

It's cool if it's not that epic or game-changing. Just Cause 2's bonuses are clearly too much. Two whole new vehicle and 2 weapons. Oh don't forget the gay parachute too.  O:

at first i thought that you get all of the items with a preorder. I read the FAQ at JC2's site, and it said one of the items. The latest trailer I watched indicated that you get the Car for pre ordering at Best Buy. Do we know what other items are from which stores?

Well, I found the answer to my own question. Here is what I discovered:

• Chaos Parachute - Target
• Agency Hovercraft - Walmart

just hope they release it all on the marketplace by accident and get them all for free like they did with mass effect 2

Today I saw a new video, and at the end it shows the monster truck as the preorder bonus for Gamestop.  This is getting a bit ridiculous...

I fucking hate 99% of DLC and pre-order bonuses. All those things do is make me spend an extra $10 on a completely unnecessary thing that should come with the game anyway. Not to mention DLC ruins S ranks, often with shitty map packs and online achievements.

Pre-Order bonuses are so dumb when they're exclusive in-game items.  If it's an artbook, or just an instant unlock for something already in the game, that's fine, but when you get exclusive content for pre-ordering, it's really damn stupid.

my fav preorder bonus is 10% discount. but that seems to have been stopped and replaced with stupid stuff like a new texture or 3d model.
