    Overview

    Kami no Ue no Mahoutsukai is a fantasy visual novel developed by Uguisu Kagura. The game was released in Japan on December 19, 2014 for the PC.

    Story

    The game follows protagonist Shijo Ruri returns to an island he once resided in, there he begins living at Yuugyouji Yoruko's family home. There, a library full of books exist but a secret that Ruri did not know, there exist books that once opened alter reality and people's mind and play out their stories in real life. Affected people are given a role, becoming and acting like characters in the story, and must complete the story in order to escape this altered reality. The Yuugyouji family has been task to collect these magic books and house them in their library.
