Lumas are the star-like species that appeared in Super Mario Galaxy. They lived with Rosalina and can transform to planets, galaxies, and most importantly, Power Stars! They love to read stories with her and eat Star Bits. One of the Lumas is Mario's trusted assistant in both games and another one is with Rosalina in Mario Kart Wii.
