Nightcrawler is a mutant in the legendary X-Men. His mutation consists of physical mutations, making him look like a demon, and the ability to teleport. He is also quite the acrobat, and a master fencer, being able to wield swords with every limb, including his tail.
Professor X. is often called the world's strongest telepath due to his extraordinary abilities. He is a playable character for a limited amount of time in X-Men: Legends and plays an important part in many X-Men games.
Ghost Rider is the name of several supernatural heroes that use chains as weapons and ride a mystical motorcycle. The Ghost Rider came about because he (Johnny Blaze) made a deal with Mephisto and he becomes bonded with a demon.
Mephisto is from the Marvel Comics universe. He rules the land of the dead.
Daredevil is a Marvel comic book superhero whose blindness is off-set by his other four senses being enhanced to superhuman levels. In his civilian identity, he is a professional lawyer.
Miguel O'Hara was injected with an addictive drug that would kill him if he didn't work for the company supplying that drug. He tried to cure his addiction by purifying his system on a molecular level but was sabotaged and accidently given spider-like abilities.
Mysterio is a villain from Marvel Comics. He is specifically Spider-Man's enemy. He is recognized by his large fishbowl helmet and his use of illusion. He was portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal in Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019).
In the Marvel Universe, Hela is the Asgardian goddess of death. She is portrayed by Cate Blanchett in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Sandman, also known as Flint Marko or William Baker, is a Marvel Comics character and a regular enemy of Spider-Man. He has occasionally been a superhero, and even briefly was a reserve member of the Avengers.
Laura Kinney, or X-23, is the result of a top-secret project to replicate the original Weapon X (Wolverine). She has joined the X-Men to find her place, but reverted to her killer instincts as a member of X-Force. She appears in Marvel VS Capcom 3 as a playable character.

The Black Panther is Marvel Comic's second modern black superhero and the former lover of Storm. He first appeared in Fantastic Four #52. He was portrayed by Chadwick Boseman in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
