Red Hulk is just like Hulk. However, while Hulk causes chaos by being savage and unintelligent, Red Hulk is secretly Thunderbolt Ross. He has appeared in The Incredible Hulk (2008) game and in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.

Sabretooth is the primary enemy of Wolverine. He has adamantium laced claws, a healing factor, and enhanced strength.Sabretooth was created by Chris Claremont and he first appeared in Iron Fist #14.Sabretooth's real name is Victor Creed.
Scarlet Spider is a character in the Marvel Comics universe. He is a clone of Peter Parker and goes by the name Ben Reilly. He has also been called a brother of the real Spider-Man.

Spider-Girl is a character from the Marvel Comics universe (MC2). She is the daughter of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson.
Miguel O'Hara was injected with an addictive drug that would kill him if he didn't work for the company supplying that drug. He tried to cure his addiction by purifying his system on a molecular level but was sabotaged and accidently given spider-like abilities.

Storm has the Mutant ability to control the weather to a great extent (for instance, she can cause tornadoes to take down fighter jets.) She is African and was once worshiped as a god before Xavier took her in.
Super-Skrull is from the Marvel Comics universe. He is from Tarnax IV which has since been destroyed by Galactus and first appeared in Fantastic Four #18(1963).
Fire demon lord of Muspelheim and enemy of Thor and Asgard in the Marvel Universe. He was voiced by Clancy Brown in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Black Panther is Marvel Comic's second modern black superhero and the former lover of Storm. He first appeared in Fantastic Four #52. He was portrayed by Chadwick Boseman in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Thanos is a purple alien from Marvel Comics. He was a final boss in Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel Super Heroes: War of the Gems, and was a playable character in Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes.
