Marvelous Entertainment have joined Sega with a placeholder teaser page and countdown game for a new project.

The page has a piece of teaser artwork and a countdown. The image surprisingly features a small Triforce shape in the center, similar to that found in The Legend of Zelda.

Maybe a DS one? I think Capcom made Minish Cap. Nintendo could be handing off the next portable one to a outside developer.

Two bizarre teasers in one day, both suggesting radical moves on Nintendo part, giving out both Mario and Zelda titles to third parties. WTF indeed.

 I love Marvelous, so am keen to find out what this could be, even if it's not Zelda I am intrigued. That feather reminds me of something, but I cannot put my mind on it, where have I seen one of those before!. Could it really be Wind Waker?, surely not!

Announcement in just under 9 days if I derived it properly from the countdown.

It would seem that Sega is trying to garner some major attention.

Saw this before, very interested in seeing what happens, most likely a DS Zelda game involving time travel made by a 3rd party like all portable Zeldas. Mario will most likely be involved in something different(maybe another sports game or RPG?), but also on the DS. At least, that's my guess.

unfortunately it seems to be undeniably a zelda game as those seem to be little triforces inside. Looks like it may have a wind waker art style cause that feather reminds me of the feathers of the birds. I forget what they were callled. Helmarocs? Plus the whole thing looks like it may be a key chain, maybe implied its handheld?

Definitely not a Wii Zelda as we know Miyamoto's special forces are onto that anyway :P
I wouldn't mind a new Four Swords though. But it's probably nothing to do with Zelda and we're being scammed.

The symbol wasn't invented by The Legend of Zelda. Its been a symbol (for something, I forget) in Japan for many many years. 

Awesome, I guess. It can't be the next main game in the series, Nintendo wouldn't give that responsibility to to Harvest Moon guys.

If this does come out to be another Zelda, (which I hope) then I can't wait to play it.

Interesting indeed. Will this be another adventure from the Hero of Time? So strange... Whatever it is, I'm assuming it's something Link carries around, since it has a little keychain-type ring on top of it.

I was going to say that I dont see any triforce, but now I see that the wooden parts seem to be hiding it... if it is the trifroce. Also, around the center of the hands there seems to be like a map of some sort, indicating islands or something . Oddly enough though, that site and image doesn't remind me of zelda at all somehow... even though all the hints are there.

It would be funny if Nintendo had hired a bunch of different developers to go back and remake the original mario, zelda and metroid titles as if they'd never existed and released them all as a single wii game.
