So it seems somebody has info on the DLC coming our way this spring for MW2. This being a rumor I'll take it with a grain of salt. But who knows right? Enjoy!

Also, MW1 maps wouldn't work :< The reason maps in MW2 are so huge now is because of killstreaks. Could you imagine calling in a Pave Low, Harrier or Chopper Gunner in Shipment? Some of the maps don't even have areas you could call an Emergency Airdrop on. They'd have to re-work them like crazy :/
Well truthfully, I was playing with an IW employee today and he was hosting Global Thermonuclear War matches. (Private matches) It's domination with only one base, and once one team reaches 100 a nuke goes off. Person to get 100th point receives the nuke and 500 points, and all others on the same time in the base for the 100th point receive the points too. Capture point is usually in the middle of maps. There are also more game types coming along with this. One other was VIP I believe? These will be coming with new maps around Spring time.
I would say this guy is full of shit but they will put out a remake of CoD 4 Maps, why wouldn't they its just money waiting for them to take it, personally I would be happy if we just got Crash and Shipment could be fun but the Chopper gunner and AC-130 would be sooo broken.

think of an ac-130 on Shipment, utter death and destruction.
@RTSlord: I've seen it on Rust; same thing. One time I stored up two emergency airdrops and threw them out at the same time on Rust just to see what happened. Turned into an utter shitshow.
@FluxWaveZ: Because he is showing it on 360, which means i would have to have the maps on my hard drive to play them. Presumably, the maps arent on the disc. It would not be possible for me to have the maps. That is why.

This, although it has been rumoured before that they'll add US maps. Fourzerotwo HAS said on his twitter that they're thinking about adding new titles and emblems.
I was playing on Pc ealier and came acoss this when trying to join a game, (in the grey box of fail that usualy contains could not connect to host): "pf.somethingsomethingsomething (i forget the details) couldnt be loaded something something different server". And it defo said different server.So I dunno, there could be some truth here.

Sub Station has a lot of underground/building space, though. It's also fairly large, it's just that the back half of the map is never used except in matches that stick objectives there. Rust is Shipment (the small map) and I have no clue what Rooft... oh you mean Highrise.
... Well, granted, but I was more stressing the point of maps like Wasteland, Afghan, Underpass and Quarry. Those maps are huge. Plus, what the smaller maps lack in size, they make up for in verticality. :/ Overgrown is the only original map I can think of that would work well in MW2. I feel like the other maps would have to be englarged for things like Pavelows and Gunners to not completely decimate.
anyone can really photoshop them. i do think that there are going to be maps from 4. it is just a thing that is going to be there. they can totally redo the maps to make them bigger.
Actually, now that I think about it, I'd rather they fix the daily "4 map rotation" that seems to always happen before they release a bunch a new/old maps.
I did not see the original video, but it now states this content was removed by the request of Activision. There might have been more truth than you guys are giving credit for.

Dude got his gamertag and console banned by Activision for showing content before a given release date, so it sounds pretty legit to me. Besides, just because it isn't in the PC version doesn't mean anything, it just means that it isn't in the PC version.

I guess they must be if he can invite people. There are new modes already on the disc so I wouldn't be surprised if maps were too.
