This shows exactly how much Nintendo is helping out Capcom in marketing this game. Here an actor takes a truck with a fake head of a huge monster to a college and shows it off as if he was the one that killed it. He showed them photos of how he did, and they were screenshots. It certainly appeared to bring attention.
Seems viral marketing is really all the rage now. So will Monster Hunter 3 be a hit? It's the stereotype among analysts (lol) to say that "hardcore" games on the Wii don't sell well (even though proven false on many occasions, and when proven right, they were games that were going to have low numbers no matter how much they tried.
If this game is a success, it shows that games can become popular on the Wii the same way as they do in the HD systems: by people actually knowing the game exists.
