    With a childish and deviant nature, Mot feels both envy and defiance towards Alan Wake, as he grinned at Alice and the writer's composure. 
     
    Close friend and follower of Emil Hartman's devious plans, lends his hand pretending to be the Alice's kidnapper.  
     
    After some run-ins with Alan Wake, he is torn apart by the Darkness while Alan is left unconscious at the care of doctor Emil Hartman. It is unknown why the Dark Presence chose to kill Mott instead of making him one of the Taken.
