    Panzer Dragoon Saga

    Released at the end of the Saturn's lifespan, this acclaimed RPG is also the only RPG in the Panzer Dragoon series. With a malevolent empire stretching across the land, a mysterious dragon and a soldier embark on a journey to uncover the secret of an ancient civilization and find the truth behind man's shallow ambitions.

    Tips for Starting Panzer Dragoon Saga, sans Spoilers

    -If possible, have a save from Panzer Dragoon Zwei stored on the local memory of your Saturn before starting Panzer Dragoon Saga. This save will be recognized by PDS, and will award you with an amount of dyne based upon how much time you spent playing Zwei. In addition, you will receive an item during disc three of the game which is otherwise unavailable.

    (This does work with both the NTSC and NTSC-J versions of the game, as the saves are not region-encoded.)

    -When given the opportunity, change the name of the dragon. This opens up a range of potential interactions with the dragon that can lead to better overall stats over the course of the game.

    -There are many items you will be able to sell to vendors for extra dyne in PDS. Most of the sellable stuff with a yellow icon in the menu system is pure vendor trash, except the following: Flash Chips, Shield Chips, Power Chips, Armor Chips, Speed Chips, and Telepathy Shards. You may safely sell the rest.
