    @FlamingHobo: The forum hate my post, This is the question I intended to ask.
     
     I would like to play Streets of Rage Remake online however the game does not have any type of IP system to allow play over the net.
    Is there some sort of application that would allow a remote user to connect to my computer however my computer would then recognise the remote user's peripherals as belonging to my computer. This means the remote user's controller would be recognised as plugged into my computer and therefore allow Streets of Rage Remake to see the remote user as the second player.
