I was hoping the CE would have an artbook, soundtrack and maybe a Teddie plushie. I'm not interested in having like 3 cases and some stickers. This makes me sad.

PlayAsia said November too. Well that does kinda suck but after the whole kerfuffle with Arena, I'm not getting too worked up about this. At least we actually have the import option for this one.

@FluxWaveZ: @LordAndrew: They said that it's the "first link for pre-ordering" so it sounds like they'll be adding more retailers soon. Also, the promo here says North America so I would guess it will be available in Canada.

I mean I feel like that was a different time compared to the Collector Editions of our day. I'd be awfully surprised if, 4 years from now, the Solid Gold edition will be worth as much as that P4 one, but I could be wrong, of course.

Have I been missing out? That guy who did the video about the Vita skin did a great job (both on applying the skin and making the video). Sadly, he's now at Sony, but are there any other nice videos of him explaining stuff?

huh, didn't think it would actually be a screen protector as well. kinda hoped it wasn't, because now I won't put it on since I already have a Hori one on there with no bubbles or anything noticeable. don't wanna ruin it. although i guess i could just use an exacto knife.

@FluxWaveZ: Yeah, but Demon's Souls being Demon's Souls makes that one more memorable to people in general, I suppose. At least that's what I gathered on GAF when people were waxing nostalgic in the wake of his moving to Sony.

Just finding out about this and this is fucking awesome, God damn P4G could not come out any sooner now, watching the ER isn't helping either...

I really like the way it looks, unfortunately i suck at putting these things on so unless it comes with multiple copies or someone to put it on for me I'll probably stick with the screen protector I already have on.

@sarge1445: my local EB Games didn't get any skins to give with pre-orders, and even weirder i got a e-mail stating my skin had shipped but not my game and i'm still waiting on a reply on why.

I have uploaded the complete set of 'pre-order' vita wallpapers for the game to the wiki, so feel free to download. It's just sitting there on a website, so if they were all protective of it I'd think they would encrypt it somehow. Anyway, enjoy!

So did anyone else screw up the application of their P4G skin on the first try? I did and had to peel it off multiple times to try and fix air bubbles, dust and crap. Good thing it sticks via static and it's not a sticker because I wouldn't have been able to do that.

But GameStop sent me a second Persona 4 Golden Vita skin today so I just took off the first one and nailed the application of the second skin on the first try.

@FluxWaveZ: I put it on PERFECTLY my first try, but about 20 minutes into P4G there is a scene where the whole screen turns white, and I noticed one single spec of dust under the skin. Now I can't take my eyes off it and it's driving me CRAZY.

I don't even have a Vita yet, so whenever I do end up getting one I'll be sure to apply the skin to it directly while it's still pristine.

I think I'm going to go with this one. What wallpapers are other people using?

Ugh... my pre-order skin immediately gathered every spec of dust, hair, fluff and dirt before I could even put it on my screen. Trying to get it off just scratched it, so unless I want crap on the screen I can't use it. :/

@AlisterCat: You mean you scratched the skin? You can always remove it and try to clean it with soap or rubbing alcohol, if that isn't the case.

I was lucky to have gotten a second skin after I messed up the application of the first one. I didn't realize how useful this video would be until then:

@AlisterCat: I've spread out my icons over as many pages as I could so I could flip through them all. They just look fuckin' cool, so I purposefully put my P4G icon on the bottom page.

I just got my copy today from Amazon ( I went cheap and picked free shipping) and the corner of my skin was all bent up. I'm pretty upset about it actually, I was really looking forward to having a somewhat unique looking Vita, especially since my brother also has a Vita and we sometimes get them mixed up. I've sent an e-mail to Amazon but I'm not sure if they will bother replacing something like this.

I ordered Persona 4: Golden from Amazon and much to my surprise, received a skin. Nice. I'd apply it, but I have a white VITA so I don't think it would look too hot.

I got the backside of the skin dirty by trying to clean it... yup I'm a fucking idiot, anyways I ripped it up and threw it in the trash.

I can also confirm that preordering wasn't necessary to get the skin. Can't say I'm a fan of it.
