That still looks fake, why are there all these asian people around and the person says its not out in the REST of the world, ok...does that mean china has it?
I don't know...this seems kinda suspicious... I mean, how they get a hold of one before release (if, of course, one is released that is)? Something just doesn't seem right about this... I think those who've said it seems fake are on to something. That particular console in the video has to be one. I mean, how else would they have gotten one before anyone else?
While it look much like it does in the pictures, the fact that some random person got one just seems suspicious to me. I'm sure the Slim PlayStation 3 is coming at some point, but the one shown in the video must be a fake. That's only explanation I can think of as to why the people in the video have one.
@C_Rakestraw: Who says this guy obtained one legally? It's not beyond the realms of possibility that someone could get hold of one, I mean we're not talking about a nuclear weapon or anything.
It is suspicious, but then what "leak" isn't? IF it's fake then someone has gone to a lot of trouble to leak a box months before the actual hardware leak.
the more i see it it seems to be more real....... since i remember seeing a picture of it a while back (probable a couple months) but i feel like they would announce this at E3 next year or at TGS this year. i still dont like the look of it at all but i could see it getting more people to buy it (if its price is 200-300$)
@Cyst: You're right it could be a knockoff I do find it weird as the new ps3 logo starts to pop up everywhere in trailers etc (Among other places) that the new ps3 logo ends up on the "Slim"
Looking at the 2 logos though there is some difference. Hmmm I'm not so sure anymore.
@Godlovesugly: I also think that even though this "PS3 Slim" could in fact be a real product overseas, that doesn't mean its sanctioned by Sony or will ever make it over here.
I just wanna know if this dood bought it, because even if it does run and play PS3 games and do all the shit a PS3 is supposed to do...it'd be a hell of a deal to have a smaller version of it.
@Godlovesugly: That's not the typeface used on the system they are showing though, surely they would wait until the slim is out to use the abbreviated logo with the new typeface instead of making a logo they will only use for a couple of months.
