Yu-Wan is the diner chef that employs Ms. Fortune and Minette. He can be seen in the Little Innsmouth stage and was a potential DLC character.

A member of the Cirque des Cartes, she is fiercely competitive and wishes to replace Cerebella as the star of the circus, and also as an agent of the Medicis.
A cold and domineering beast tamer at the Cirque des Cartes. The troupe ultimately answers to her, not the ringleader.
