Link is here as much as I do love Pokémon, what the hell have they done? There are abut 3 Pokémon I like the look of. One Pokémon is an Ice Cream? A literal ice cream. Another is two gear cogs. What do you guys think of them?

You grew up, and they grew weird.

They look alright to me. I will probably warm up to them when I play the game.

I don't know. Some of them look pretty alright.

What?  While there is a steady stream of Pokemon games, the ones in the main series only come every 3-4 years.  Diamond and Pearl were the last main games to be released and that was in 2007..  since then we've had Platinum, which was merely an upgrade.  Heart Gold and Soul Silver which were remakes and a few other spin-off games, and none of these introduce new Pokemon. 
 
As for the new critters..  We go through the same thing everytime.  The old school players complain that they're bad, or weird..  but eventually get used to them when playing through the games.  Many of the original designs were pretty odd or hell, even bad, but most got used to them because they're familiar with them after playing the game so much.  Even the new guys introduced in Gold/Silver were heavily criticized at first, but again, people got used to them, and they're now widely considered the best.

I think many of the new designs are pretty odd as well, and I completely hate most of the new legendaries..  but I'm willing to give them a chance.  The cog Pokemon, for example, is very reminiscent of Magnemite, who was just a magnet.  I think many of the new guys like this were pretty obviously designed as counterparts to the original 151, and as someone who did grow up playing the original Red and Blue, I really like how this game is a fresh start, something that Ruby and Sapphire took a half hearted attempt at.

I was the same way when I first saw them, but they've all really grown on me. 
 
Except for the ice cream.  I don't care how good it's supposed to be or whatever. Pokemon shouldn't look delicious. 

It's not like the first 151 were original. They were basically animals with different colours.

Why is there a pokemon that is number 0? Is it of the Fool Arcana? Is it empty but contain infinite potential?

Honestly, anyone who says the original designs were just as bad as the recent ones is kidding themselves at least a little bit. That's not an argument anyone can win, though there's some hyperbole on both sides of the discussion.
 
However, since I might be getting this, I'm glad it will conform to my usual Pokémon play style of catching about ten things I like and never bothering with anything else.

They all don't look that bad. Some have some cool looking designs. 

Meh, they look alright. People who grew up playing Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, and Silver, are never gonna like the newer characters.

I haven't been keeping up with Pokemon since the orginal 150,  so I've no idea about these pokemons, 
but they look ok

They look decent enough but I just want to play more Pokemon. I don't really care how good their names are-I'll just give them immature nicknames.

Some are good some are bad. But having grown up with Jynx and Mr.Mime I can't say much.

I think they at least look better than the last generation. I didn't like the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum Pokemon at all.
