Right so, Stephen Merchant did a fantastic job as Wheatley but I struggle to say it was the best performance simply because Stephen Merchant pretty much is Wheatley. That's his usual voice. However he scores huge marks for enthusiasm, he really seemed into the role and his delivery was fantastic.
As you can hear here, Merchant is Wheatley through and through.
Nolan North did an amazing job voicing all those robotics, though I struggle to say it was the best performance as they were heavily edited voices, I'd have to give it to J. K. Simmons really.
The problem is every voice actor in this game is fucking amazing, but Simmons just about edges it. Might as well give a shit out to Ellen McLain as once again she gave an amazing performance and I loved the song.
