Exile, also known as XZR II, is the side scrolling, action RPG sequel to XZR. It was first released for Japanese computers in 1988. Both North American releases, especially the Genesis one, were censored due to the heavy religious, adult and drug-related themes.
A tank-based arena combat game that doesn't appear to involve General Patton. It was developed for the Famicom Disk System by Soft Pro International.
Contains the Swear word "Damn" near the end of the game, which was rare for an NES game.
Known outside of Japan as "Takeshi's Challenge", this game is an unconventional action-adventure platformer created by famous Japanese comedian Beat Takeshi. Along with its open world exploration and mature themes, the game is known for its unorthodox game progression (where the game can easily be made unwinnable).
A work of interactive fiction from Infocom, putting a racy spin on 1930s sci-fi tropes.
An MSX game that is heavily inspired by Pac-Man. The game was released as 'Oh No!' in certain regions.
Q*Bert's goal is to hop around an isometric pyramid structure in order to change all the colors of the pyramid's surfaces to the same color.
As the legendarily manly John Dudebro and his plucky sidekick Habemus Chicken, players must fight the sinister forces of the SkullPro Army, lead by Armando Pesquali and Commander Limpwrist, in this comedic dual-joystick shooter designed by members of the NeoGAF online community.
A bullet hell game where players must avoid myriad rockets.
