Hey guys. First episode of Cells at Work / Hataraku Saibou is out. Pretty good. Studio behind it is David Production (of Jojo fame).

Glad they included my Space Patrol Luluco / Yoshimitsu Cop submission.

It's bite-sized and it's hilarious.

Last minute goals, man...every time. You have to be aware of the time and respond appropriately. Should've focused on defending and gone into extra time. Japan you break my heart. Though I guess not as badly as your own.

With the exception of a few boring matches, this World Cup has been the most entertaining in recent memory (last 3 World Cups).

I don't know if it'll be able to top the Nth minute Zidane-Mazerratti drama, but overall it seems like less filler.

I think it's more simplified. No battles with wild pokemon is what I've read. Not my cup of tea. Still another game to look out for.

So it's true, the "before the end of May" rumor ended up happening. Here it is:

It's a remake of Pokemon Yellow.

The surprise though, is that there's a new core RPG game coming for the switch in 2019.

Not really predicting it, but a few things that would be nice:

• The World Ends with You Too (Ishimoto back on music)
• Okami 2 or similar game from Platinum
• Ghost Trick 2 or new IP from Ace Attorney team

Thank you guys... I'm not alone. So there's that.

It's one of those things where it would make me feel better and less crazy if other people acknowledged how absurd it is that after releasing the delightful Ghost Trick (GotY 2011), director Shu Takumi and his team went back to Ace Attorney for going on 7 or 8-ish years now. To be fair, AA is a great franchise too, but you guys clearly have some creative juices that need to be let loose rather than trying to make newer and better versions of the same old thing.

I dunno...I guess I'm just that guy yelling at the clouds, but it would be nice if someone else shared in the pain.

@babychoochoo: Yeah, story and character-wise it wasn't doing much for me, and the design of the enemy and mechs kind of felt flat. Also, the weird obsession with Zero-two has grown more and more baffling as I don't find her design to be attractive. Ichigo on the other hand... reminds me of slightly older Cocona from Flip Flappers, which is cute.

Still, I'll probably wait and see how people feel about the show when it's over then make my decision on whether to go in again.
