Brendan McNamara is an asshole. George Miller, while we loved Mad Max and Road Warrior, is one of those "were once great" directors like George Romero and John Carpenter. He hasn't made anything I'e liked in 15 years. So don't expect much from either the movie or the game.
PS3 fanboys flip their lid if you don't gush about every single exclusive. When reviewers gave Too Human or Alan Wake just so-so reviews, Xbox fans just said, "Fair enough. I'll go play Halo or Call of Duty now."
The main reason I don't buy EA games is that instead of letting Xbox Live run their games' servers, like everybody else, they insist on running their own. Then a few years later, they shut 'em down.
They got that concession back in the original Xbox era when they were so big they could make or break a system by becoming a third-party developer. That's no longer the case. I would love if Xbox revisited this special status and revoked it.

Who has he helped? Was there some great outcry from the public needing to crack the firmware? Sony was forced to remove the Other OS option when hackers exploited it to play pirated games. There's no reason to crack the system firmware except to pirate games or mod the system so users can cheat in online games. To quote moms everywhere, "This is why we can't have nice things."
GeoHot wasn't a white hat hacker quitely letting Sony know there was a flaw in their security. He did what he did for hacker glory. Which is what concerns me about the news that he's behind the scenes at a site that houses so much personal and business info.
I feel very comfortable with Facebook hiring a famous, amoral hacker who now has access to 500 million people's personal information. Can you detect sarcasm because sarcasm doesn't come across clearly on the internet?
California residents, if your representative so poorly understands first amendment issues please vote him out of office. If you're Republican, easy enough, he was on the other side any way. If you're Democrate, please be active in the primaries. Just get him out.
From the way the first game ended I had speculated that the next game would be Alice Wake. That would continue the "A.Wake" theme to the name of the game.
