Waluigi is the Mario character I like at this point.

1. Deus Ex

2. KOTOR

3. Witcher 2

4. Mass Effect

5. Final Fantasy Tactics

6. Persona 4

7. Dragon Age: Origins

8. Skyrim

9. Freedom Force

10. Jade Empire

(I really want to put Witcher 3 on here but not going to before I finish it. It will probably be on this list though and very high on it. Probably 3rd right now.)

EDIT: Added Freedom Force! Knew there was one I was forgetting. SRPGs are a bit different but it's all fair game to me and that's an underrated gem. Just becomes kind of murky and then maybe you can even add XCOM to a list. Difficult to distinguish sometimes but just gotta go with my gut.

Ah yes Indigo Prophecy, the most adult video game known to man.

I think I had sex with a robot in a subway car or something later on in that game.

Yeah I haven't bought a console yet and that's crazy to think about given my track record (I am someone who has owned almost all the major consoles in recent memory by the end of the console generation). There hasn't been a game that's made me and my PC is still kicking ass for the most part. It runs better than these consoles do and I have what most would consider like midrange specs and outdated (I have an i5 and a 670). I was actually close to getting a console just cause but instead I upgraded my graphics card to a lower level one for $150 and like I say that's still doing super well with current games.

Just look at the last of us on ps3. Imagine that game to be a multiplatform release. Do you think it would have run well on a PC built with 7 year old components, the age of the ps3 at the time of its release? Very doubtful. Consoles still have their benefits

Except they would have made it for newer PC components and it would've looked better than what was on PS3. Not really a relevant point.

@armaan8014: Thanks for the info. Didn't know there was that issue going around. Hope they get it fixed soon for you. I guess I'm lucky, the game has been running super well for me. It's probably pushed my computer harder than any other (going down to medium settings I hardly have had to do with any other) but it still looks great on a mix of mostly high and medium and runs super smooth.

The best action movie for it's actual action scenes is hands down Hard Boiled. I probably like Die Hard more overall because of it's characters, writing, tension, and pacing. But Hard Boiled is fucking crazy. There is a like 7+ minute uncut action shot in it later on (an insane thing to do in a movie) and all sorts of crazy ballet, dual wielding action scenes that are jaw dropping to watch. The stuff besides the action is fine, just not much of it and it's basically just ferrying you from one action scene to the next. The main character's name is Inspector Tequila, for gods sakes!

I agree with many other recommendations in here but Hard Boiled is one you really need to see.

In fact, after a lot of tweaking I was able to run UNITY on ~40fps on medium settings. Witcher 3? 15-20 FPS on low. WTF?

I have a 760 and a i 5 and I get 60 FPS on mostly high with a couple medium settings at 60 FPS. It's a bummer you are having that problem but I am not sure how, really. It runs very well for me.

wowwowwow, too good! Awesome job on the vocals obviously and Vinny was superb on the guitar. Having kids probably makes playing guitar a more viable hobby than playing video games now that I think of it.

Vinny has played a lot of Rocksmith so videogames and guitar are not separate.

You should stick to the main story for a little while and you'll level into those quests and then it goes from there. I felt the early game was supposed to go that way. That's how I did it and it worked well.

Also this is a game that rewards you for questing over grinding, so don't have a grinding attitude about leveling up. Quest to do so.

In addition, if you're feeling decent in your abilities and use the right tactics you can tackle things a number of levels higher than you are. Like if you're 3 or 4, you can tackle 7 or 8 and it shouldn't be a big deal. I have tackled some things that they say not to (monsters marked red as "don't fuck with this guy he's way over your level") and won too using good tactics and patience. Not reccomended, but point being you can definitely go over your level for stuff. If anything is color coded green you should be good to go. Just make sure you're on your p's and q's if something is higher level because you'll need advantages like knowing monster weaknesses, oils, and potions.
