@The_Nubster: Woah, cuteness overload. Weird with the similarities.

You, are not you. You're me.

No shit!

@DarthOrange: I didn't actually mind it, I was in fact thinking of putting a christmas hat on him... her? My fears would fall away.

I fucking love animals. I don't think I could really imagine my life without having a dog in my life. This did happen after my dog, Charlie, was put to sleep due to his suffering from cancer. Heartbreaking. WOAH, this isn't meant to be a depressing topic. I eventually couldn't bare it, and although I vowed I wouldn't replace him, I did get another dog - called Marley. He's fantastic, extremely energetic and completely different from Charlie. So it's nice to have him not entirely replace him, you know? WHAT.

Anyway, post about your pets, post pictures of them too! I am going to download them all and have my happy place folder -- not really.

Look at that motherfucker being all imprisoned!

YO BUT IF YOU GOT BIG ASS SPIDERS FUCK YOU, I DON'T WANT NONE OF THAT.

If someone doesn't know how to link an image using HTML, I don't think they're old enough to be on the internet.

When did this become the standard notion for this game? I loved it, everyone who I have talked to have really enjoyed it too. Fantastic story, great setting, great gameplay, really enjoyed it. Wasn't going in expecting too much and I loved it, am I alone on this? Would you have been disappointed if you received this game as a gift?

OP doesn't know much about female bullies.

Or females, apparently.

Stop having such a narrow view of gender, OP.

Look- schoolboys will punch each other straight in the face til one gives up, that can happen every other week. If you went to a school where 13-15 year old girls will just punch the fuck out of each other on a weekly basis, you are the outlier. I'm not like Old-Man-Sexism here, I'm pretty confident in saying there's more boys joining the wrestling team in school than there are girls.

I agree with you by the way, I have no idea why everyone here is acting like it's not a little out of place, I guess that article Patrick wrote got infested deep in people's brains! I'm not saying it wouldn't work, but it'd be a totally different game to what Bully was.

@JOSHardson: I think you guys are hilarious. There are some moments that seem to slightly take away from the funny scene. The news report at the end of the finger guns kind of ruined it for me, but I really enjoyed the documentary one. Dry humour is the best. I burst out laughing when @calebholland: said MAGIC on the toilet.

@Phatmac: Not for nothing, but telling people to "shut up" and not give a particular opinion about a subject (even if you think that opinion is dumb) is no way to start off a debate.

On topic, games are taking violence to extreme measures. Look at some of the games at E3, and fans going nuts over the Last of Us demo. The new Splinter Cell, Tomb Raider, BLOPS2, FC3 and other games are really pushing the envelope in terms of making terrible bloodshed into entertainment. Last of Us seems like it's at least showing the consequences of violence, while some of the footage I've seen from FC3 and BLOPS it seems like the gore is dare I say almost pornographic in nature. What's the point of it?

I like violent games and media, and don't find any correlation between games and real violence (the gov of Colorado and a few others have come out and spoken out against violent games in wake of Sandy Hook) but I can see why people thinking games are pushing the limits, and just creating violent games for the sake of it.

I want a good discussion about it. Saying that it's just a video game doesn't solve anything. It's more trollish in nature too. You can say that it's just a video game and then talk about why you think so. I don't want a one sentence reply with just that remark.

I think people saying video games are too violent now is trollish. They've always been violent, just because the biggest games out just now are more violent than usual, doesn't mean much has changed.
