This series is crazy Japanese nonsense......and I love it. Everyone has one of those. Most stuff said about the series is true, I'm just a sucker for it, and it having Disney stuff kind of helps it for me.
Sunshine is a fine game. Nintendo trying to change things up on their series' with the GameCube games gets too much hate.
Like a lot of Gamecube games, though, it most definitely would have benefited from the controller having an actual second stick. If Nintendo ever starts releasing Gamecube games digitally on the Switch, I'd kind of hope they'd do some work to actually use the right stick.
Sony is doing what Nintendo did: Moving away from E3 as the main/only platform to announce things. They're now saving all the big, crowd pleasing announcements for their own event, PSX. They even started doing their own isolated events to announce things like with the Pro event last year.
People complained that they announce things too early, so now they don't announce anything too far out (and they had announced what a lot of their studios were working on last year, besides Sucker Punch) so instead of announcing more far off games with no dates, they put dates on the things they announced last year. People are never happy.
RE: South Park games: Ubisoft bought the rights to Stick of Truth during the THQ collapse, and Obsidian was originally making the game for THQ, so I'd assume that when Ubisoft needed to make a new deal with South Park Studios, they opted to take whatever they could from Obsidian (if SPS owned any of the tech made for the game as part of the original deal) and just do it in house.
Maaaaaaaaaaan. The Thousand Year Door is AMAZING. Nintendo NEEDS to make another Paper Mario like that. Enough with this sticker/card crap. Just make a normal ass Paper Mario.
Also, the only Gamecube game Nintendo needs to bring to the Virtual Console on the Switch is TTYD. It's the only Gamecube game that matters.
