I saw a documentary about these people in Japan who take a sabbatical into the forrest. A part of the ritual is sleep deprivation. A scientist studing it stated that in depriving themseleves of sleep, the serotonin in the frontal lobe of the brain increases. The effect is similar to people who have taken LSD. You might be tripping,
