The world is beautiful and the puzzles are pretty good. Storywise it suffers from that thing where the mystery is way more intriguing than the pay off and it also relies way too heavily on exposition rather than letting you figure out the story yourself.
I'd definitely recommend it though, if you like a good puzzle.
Eh, I'm sure it sucks, but chilling a bit is probably the right call anyway. We still need third party benchmarks for the 70 and 90, plus there's rumour that the reason the 80 is priced this reasonably is because AMD has something up their sleeves as well.
waiting a month or two might work out.
As for me, I'm gonna need a whole new machine when I upgrade, which is probably early 2021.
I... think I agree? In my house, it's just going to be the Xbox. None of my friends or family keep up with gaming enough to where anything more specific is going to mean anything to them.
Series X as a name is inoffensive enough. I'm also pretty sure the only people complaining about the name are well enough in the know that even if the name were confusing, this confusion sure as hell won't affect them in any way.
If, say, my brother ever wanted to buy an Xbox, he'll just call me and say 'yo, they got 3 different ones here... which one do I need?' And he's going to do that regardless of what the things are called.
The point is, either you know what a Series X is and are just being obtuse, or you don't, at which point the name really doesn't matter.
Into the Breach is a good game, but imho it lacks a bit of depth because of how small the grid is. I've played it a lot, but it isn't a game I could play indefinitely.
I'll second FTL, Slay the Spire and Spelunky. Those games never get old.
Has to be Matt Rorie's Alpha Protocol for me. The gameplay has a lot of serious issues, but the way that game handles its story, as well as the story and characters themselves is still unmatched, even today.
@fourthline: sure, let’s bet. A Fortnite app for 4K tv’s by 2021, that isn’t just the mobile version running on AndroidTV.. yeah I’m the one out of touch.
As for the rest, I said what I said and am not really inclined to elaborate further until your take amounts to more than cherry-picking and whataboutisms.
