I wonder if 7 Studios has a version of "It's a Hard Knock Life" remix in their game? They should turn it up to 11, grab some 40s and have a good cry. THEN GET BACK TO MAKING YOUR FUCKING GAME FOR YOUR NEW BOSSES!
I feel completely detached from any actual fighting in Iraq. With that said this game won't get me any closer to know what it's like to be a real soldier in a firefight for my life. In war people don't lose because they didn't find the right cover or preset path - events are more random and permanent.
If the goal for anyone buying a game to understand what it means to be a soldier, go enlist - the video game section in Wal-mart will teach you nothing.
