They can have Wyoming. Wyoming's just a myth anyway. There's almost nothing in the midwest, if they're buying big patches of nothing and it helps pay off the national debt I don't see the issue. If they're trying to make sweatshops on US soil, that's maybe an issue.
...I've been to Wyoming, its nice there. I say let them have Pennsylvania. Maybe they'll actually do something about the broken roads and bridges.
